Cancellation Policy
For individual classes: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a refund. If you let us know within 48 hours of the class, we will refund the class fee less a $30 charge. For classes $45 and less, the charge is $20. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
If a class is cancelled, due to low enrolment, all participants will receive a full refund in the same manner in which they paid. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed from the date the class is cancelled.
We strongly encourage you to pre-register to ensure a space in class. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
